2024 - 2025 SEASON & CLINIC REGISTRATION
Intro Courses
Pre-Season Clinic
Age: PreK-5th
Date: October 29th & 30th 6:00-7:30 PM
Location: Caledonia High School Wrestling Room
Purpose: This is geared for kids with zero to 3 years of experience. Our intention is to introduce the sport, cover some basics and answer any questions for those that are interested in continuing on into the club or middle school programs.
Novice
Age: PreK-2nd
Date: Mon/Wed 6:00-7:00 PM
Location: Caledonia High School Wrestling Room
Purpose:
An introduction into the sport of wrestling. We will warm up, stretch, go through wrestling mobility drills, cover the basic positions and introduce takedowns, pinning moves and escapes.
Parents are encouraged to join their child to help with one-on-one focused instruction.
This will be a 6-week season consisting of 11 practices and low-stress exhibition matches the final night.
Starts November 4th
Intermediate
Age: 6-9 yrs
Date: Tue/Thur 6:00-7:00 PM
Location: Caledonia High School Wrestling Room
Purpose:
Build confidence into kids while showing them the basics of wrestling. We will warm up, stretch, go through wrestling movement drills, cover the basic positions, takedowns, pinning moves and escapes. Parents are encouraged to help.
This will be a 13-week season consisting of 24 practices and includes Friday GRAWL duals.
MYWAY IS NOT A PART OF THIS OPTION.
Starts December 3rd to March 13th
Advanced Courses
Competitive
Age: 8+ yrs
Date: Tue/Thur 6:30-8:00 PM
Location: Caledonia High School Wrestling Room
Purpose:
Designed for competition level training and entry into the Caledonia Middle/High School wrestling curriculum. Extra focus and attention into technique and competition.
This will be a 13-week season consisting of 24 practices and includes Friday GRAWL duals.
*Parents need to complete MYWAY registration for athletes.
Starts December 3rd to March 13th
6-8th Grade
Caledonia Middle School Team:
Athletes are encouraged to sign-up for the Caledonia Middle School Wrestling program through the Duncan Lake Middle School Final Forms Page.
They will receive updates from the School. Kraft Meadows Grade 6 students are included as part of the team.
Middle School/Advanced Clinic
January 2nd 10:30-12:30 AM
Location: Caledonia High School
Wrestling Room
We are funding this activity with a gear drive to pass on gently used items or a suggested $10 cash donation.

Purpose: 5-week season for developmental Wrestling
